Nyack, Nov 7 — The long road to Election Day ends tomorrow for local candidates in Nyack, Orangetown, Clarkstown and Rockland County.

In Nyack, there’s a mayor’s race and two uncontested trustee contests. Orangetown and Clarkstown elect a Town Supervisor and Town Council members. All 17 seats in the Rockland County legislature are up for grabs as well as county wide races for Sheriff and Family Court Judge.

NyackNewsAndViews offered more than twenty candidates on the ballot in Nyack the opportunity to submit a “closing statement” for voters before the Tuesday Nov 8 General Election.

• Rockland County
  Family Court Judge: Paul Chiaramonte (R), Karen Riley (Working Families),  Sherri Eisenpress (D)
  Sheriff: Louis Falco (D), Matthew Brennan (R),  Tim O’Neill (Working Families, Conservative)
