   Our DPW workers are the best ….when I tell my friends from other towns that I don’t have to weigh, gift wrap and put ribbons on my trash… they sign with envy…one decision does bother me ….last year the Town spead a layer of gravel on Jefferson St. without doing any pothole repairs and called it an “Old Town ” look….well it ruined the stateboarding and rollerblading as well as basketball playing …all activities us Town folk are used to…now a season later …the gravel is spotty…the potholes plus new ones are still there … we still can’t use it and it looks really “old town”….who made this decision ? Why ? and will it be repeated ? did it happen to your street too ?
