My experience as a judge makes me the most qualified for the job. In ten years as Nyack Village Justice I have handled Thousands of Criminal and Civil Cases.
Our Town and Village Courts are the Courts that are “the closest to the people.” Nyack is one the busier justice courts in the county, dealing with serious offenses.
10 years judicial experience:
- Handled thousands of criminal cases
- Experience presiding over jury trials
- Experience with landlord tenant matters, building code violations and traffic
- Experience with difficult cases, such as domestic violence, youthful offenders and drug related offenses
- Responsible for Fine Account for all parking fines and fines
