The Gedney Street Project will bring a new river front park to the Village of Nyack along with new townhouses and condominiums. The new public park will include accessible walkways, seating with river views, an arts space and an environmental education center.
The Gedney Street Project will add about $500,000 in new annual property tax revenues taxes to the Village of Nyack.
