I have been passionate about community issues since I moved to Nyack

- As fundraising chairperson of Friends of the Nyacks I raised over $20,000 to purchase and install new playground equipment at Memorial Park, including securing grant money from Senator Morahan.
- Helped lead a committee to improve traffic safety in Upper Nyack.
- Ran the NYC office of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, overseeing a $5 million budget and managing fundraising and patient services.
