I’ve worked at Gypsy Donut since before it opened and have loved every minute of it. After a few months of back and forth, David Schloss and I came to an agreement for the purchase of the business. He felt it was his time to bow out but he wanted to keep the heart and soul of Gypsy alive. He didn’t want to sell it to a stranger and potentially lose what our community has come to love.
