New Nyack Donut Business “Got Trouble,” With a Capital T
Nyack, April 27 — Months of demolition, reconstruction and recipe testing will be put to the test when Nyack’s newest business, Gypsy Donut and Espresso Bar, opens for business today.
The business, founded by three families from Nyack, has received wide community support and over $16,000 in capital funding from a Kickstarter campaign earlier this year. But not all of the reaction has been positive. An Indiana college professor, Dr. Harold Hill, submitted the following op-ed about the new business venture.
